Whenever you open the weapon loadout menu, you'll be able to choose the "None" option under Heavy Weapons and leave them behind. Remove - This version will keep heavy weapons available to you throughout the game except you'll be able to use them on your terms. It'll remain equipped until you get to Freedom's Progress. You'll still be required to pick it up and use it. Whenever you loot heavy weapon ammo, you'll receive credits instead. The grenade launcher found in the beginning of the game is a scripted part of the tutorial. Your heavy weapon ammo count will be stuck at zero. It won't completely remove them from the game, you'll still be able to find and/or research them. This is a simple Coalesced_INT.bin edit that I made for myself because I don't like that I can't unequip heavy weapons in ME2.
